Youth Design Summit 2026
This 10-day immersive Fashion Design Summit is designed for young aspiring designers, ages 7-17, who want to explore the world of sewing and design while learning alongside peers in their age group. You will be introduced to collegiate-level fashion design study and future careers offered in our award-winning 7-Month Fashion Design Training Program, for ages 16 and up.
The Youth Design Summit 2026 will be held on June 8-19, 2026 and July 6-17, 2026. You only need to attend one session. Classes are held Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM ET. We provide the equipment, supplies, and lunch — you bring the creativity!
Skills Learned
By the end of the 10-day experience, students will gain foundational sewing skills to design and construct a finished garment.
Eligibility
Prior sewing experience is not necessary to enroll. We will teach you everything you need to know to excel in the program.

Stacie Cooley
With 10+ years in the fashion industry and a background in fashion design from Savannah College of Art and Design, Stacie creates confident, tailored looks for women of all sizes contributing to size-inclusive fashion. Stacie has developed an arsenal of skills, tips and tricks for sewing and pattern design to share with the next generation of designers.

Meredith Hill
With 5+ years in the fashion industry, Meredith has a background in fashion design from New York School of Design and Savannah College of Art and Design. Meredith’s intentional design and futuristic approach inspires designers to imagine and create fashion that transcends boundaries, defies norms, and transports us to a different world of style.

Due to the limited class size, securing a spot means another student may be turned away. All payments are nonrefundable, so please be sure you can attend before enrolling.

Classes are open to parents or guardians who wish to remain in the Studio during program hours.

The program runs Monday through Friday, from June 8-19, 2026, and July 6-17, 2026. Students may enter the Studio as early as 8:45 AM EDT. Students must be picked up by parents or guardians by 1:30pm ET, the latest.

This program is designed for ages 7-17. Students will be grouped in class with their peers.

Yes, each student will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the program to celebrate their creativity, effort, and new skills in fashion design!

The full 10-day program is $1,150 — and that includes all supplies and lunch! (You may bring your own lunch and store in our kitchen.)

Students will learn sewing and design principles through fun daily projects, culminating in a mini showcase to celebrate their creativity and hard work.

Our class size is limited to 12 students, with 3 dedicated Instructors. This small-group setting allows for plenty of 1-on-1 assistance, hands-on learning, and project completion at each student’s learning pace.

Absolutely! We welcome parents or guardians to stay in the Studio or simply drop off and pick up.

We provide all equipment, materials and tools. Light refreshments are provided. Students are welcome to bring their own lunch and store in our kitchen.

We are walking distance (1 minute) from the Arts Station Marta Station, and conveniently located near affordable street and parking garages, making drop-off and pick-up easy for commuting parents and guardians.
